We dreamed of setting up our own practice while we were still studying. After many years and conversations, we came up with the idea of taking family support to a new level and modernising midwifery care in Switzerland. In 2023, we founded VIDA Midwives together.

 

Our vision: We want to create a system that is precisely tailored to the needs of families and provides personalised support at home and digitally. At the same time, we want to offer midwives an attractive job opportunity with a focus on work-life balance.
